I slipped up pretty bad during the holiday season, and gained 10 back -so the deficit put me at 30lbs lost and I'm maintaining while getting back into the groove of losing again.
Since I'd lost the weight with these, and didn't feel like I'd wasted my time or money, I decided to start experimenting with some other products, like diet pills to be able to tell potential customers and team mates so they had a reference...
These are MY opinions from MY experiences.
I have not tried "everything" so I'm only reviewing the ones I have.
I paid for them with my own money.
I was not forced to do this.
I felt I needed to have a basis for comparison for my own company.
I am in no way "putting down", or discriminating another company's product(s), no matter how biased I may be about Beachbody, I am only telling you my experiences. They may very well work for you. Who knows.
These are MY opinions and I AM entitled to them.

Hmmmm maybe I didn't try the right one? I know people use this and drop weight like mad. Or maybe I just got a bad batch, i don't know. but it didn't work for me.
Ok, so there you have it. MY experiences with these particular products.
Now, onto what people call "gimmicks"
The Belly Burner (trimming belt)
WOW. I had my doubts. It was painful to hand over my credit card for this one. I am pleasantly surprised with this product. $30 for a long piece of rubber and velcro... I almost put it back on the shelf and walked away.
It claims to single out your abdomen and while you walk, run, do household chores, etc and "tones" your abs...Well, it did NOT tone. HOWEVER it made my loose "I had 5 kids in 7 years" skin feel firmer, tighter, and somewhat lifted... HMMM
Within 20 minutes you can feel it warming up and it makes your back and belly sweat. After I removed it, my stomach felt smaller. I chalked it up to the tightness of the belt around my abs, so I waited a day to wear it again, and my stomach stayed the size it was after I'd removed the belt the first time.
It's not the most amazingly executed design- the edge of the velcro seems weak and could be prone to ripping, BUT if it does, I WILL re-buy this product!
The Bender Ball
This tiny, green half ball half slab is placed behind your lower back to support your lower back and give you more range of motion to stretch more muscles. That it does.
When its not slipping backward til you end up with it up at your neck and head. You get more of an exercise chasing the Bender ball across the room to keep it in position.
When it does stay in place (The first few crunches) it really does give you the range of motion that I could see making the crunches more do-able and effective.
The Ab Circle Pro
Holy cow, I love this machine. It looks so easy when you are watching people do it on the infomercial, but I tell ya, it works your obliques, lower abs and thighs like MAD. It's a huge bulky space absorbing thing, but if you have the extra room in your house I suggest getting this. And it's available at Target!
No matter what you decide to try, especially with diet pills, always be cautious of the side effects, and never take more than what's directed on labels. Use everything as directed, and for it's intended purpose. If you don't see results by the end of the bottle, you won't get results with a second bottle, so don't waste your money.
The best alternative to any diet pill is the Beachbody Slimming Formula, which has worked best for me, and I will always use it to maintain my weight. It wards off water weight during "that time of the month" and keeps bloating at bay.
You can read more about it at www.fitnesscrush.net. Click "shop" and look at the supplements offered. The prices and descriptions are all available right there!
No matter what you decide to try/experiment with, ALWAYS remember there is NO MAGIC PILL. A strong, fit, toned body has to be worked hard for and EARNED.
I believe in you, no matter what your walk of life. No matter what cards you were dealt in life. I believe you have the power to make the changes in yourself that you want and need to see.
You have one body. Love it. Treat it right.
And drink your water!
